All of the pizzas at Peter’s Pizzeria are made from scratch, and Peter knows what the true definition of “from scratch” is. The dough, sauce, and even cheese are all made by hand daily, and the difference is noticeable if you’re not familiar with fresh mozzarella.
The pizza menu covers everything from standard cheese and pepperoni to house specialties, like Johnny’s Vodka Pie and Marinara Pie.
If you’re coming in for just a slice, though, you probably won’t need to look at the menu. Most people just look over the display of what’s available and choose something that looks good — and there’s no shortage of good-looking options to choose from. The menu is most helpful if you’re ordering a full pie and call in ahead of time.
In addition to pizzas, the place also has heros (subs), rolls, calzones, salads, pasta, and entrees. All of these are common pizzeria dishes, but their commonness doesn’t make them any less delicious. Go with a Meatball Parm Hero, Caesar Salad, or Eggplant Parmigiana, and you won’t be disappointed.
The desserts also aren’t to be overlooked, as the Nutella Puff Pastry, Cannoli and Tiramisu are each worth trying. Drink options are a little less exciting, for they’re the fairly standard non-alcoholic choices, but they get the job done nonetheless. For ordering and eating, dine-in, carry-out and delivery are all available.

A traditional Margherita Pie is made with mozzarella, basil and marinara. If you want to really taste the difference that from-scratch pizza makes, there’s no better combination to showcase the house sauce and fresh mozzarella that’s made on-site.
Chicken Parmigiana Pizza
Two pizzeria classics combined, the Chicken Parmigiana Pizza is exactly what the name describes. Put chicken parmigiana on a traditional pizza, and you make each one a little bit better.
Freshly baked, dripping with butter and sprinkled with garlic, Garlic Knots are always a good choice as long as you’re not on a date.
While most people judge a pizzeria by its slices and pies, basing an opinion on the place’s Cannolis is equally valid. Order a Cannoli here, and you’ll be giving the place five stars. The crunchy exterior and rich interior is the perfect combination.
