A vegetarian option that’s rich enough to entice anyone, the Kale Panzanella Salad features pumpkin seeds, biscuit croutons, sweet potatoes, cotija cheese, blackeyed peas, cranberries and a Creole mustard vinaigrette. Of course, there’s kale also. If you were to fit any more, the bowl would likely overflow.
24-Hour Smoked Brisket Sandwich
Brisket is almost always good. When it’s smoked for a full 24 hours, it’s bound to be especially tasty. Don’t be surprised if you see pink in the middle — that’s a sign of just how slow-roasted this meat is.
Steak & Frites
Hand-cut steak, house-cut friends, house-cut Brussel sprouts and house-crumbled cotija. Just about the only thing that’s not hand-cut is the chimichurri sauce. Don’t hold it against the kitchen that they can’t cut a liquid yet.
