Stepping into Marble Slab Creamery – PCB is like entering an ice cream oasis. The smell of freshly made waffle cones permeates the air, and bright, vibrant colors grab your attention from all sides. Behind the counter, mounted on a cheerfully striped wall are several TV screens that display the menu, as well as photos of children and adults alike happily enjoying their ice cream concoctions. It’s hard, if not impossible, to be in a bad mood here.
At the heart of everything on the menu is, of course, the ice cream, which is made in small batches daily, in-store. Unlike other creameries, Marble Slab Creamery offers base flavors of ice cream, with nothing pre-mixed into them. Their dozen flavor offerings include options like Birthday Cake, Cool Mint, Dark Chocolate, Sweet Cream, Peanut Butter, and more.
Once you choose your ice cream flavor, you can then choose to add any combination of nearly two dozen mix-ins, to customize your ice cream. These include sweet treats like cookie dough, Snickers bars, and M&Ms, fruity options like bananas or strawberries, and even baked delicacies like brownies, or yellow cake.
If the seemingly endless combinations of ice cream and mix-ins seems a little overwhelming, not to worry! Marble Slab Creamery also offers a selection of six combinations they’ve created just for this reason, including Rocky Road, Cookies and Cream, and Strawberry Caramel Cheesecake, to name a few.
Ice cream is available in three sizes of cups, as well as hand-packed pints and quarts if you’d like to take some to-go. They also offer crisp, sweet, homemade waffle cones, which pair perfectly with the cold creaminess of the ice cream.
The menu is rounded out by deliciously decadent shakes, sweet sundaes, and even ready-to-go ice cream cakes.

This combo is as playfully bright as it is delicious. Neon blue cotton candy ice cream is combined with mini M&Ms, mini marshmallows, and mallo cream. Get this in a waffle cone bowl for the ultimate sweet tooth satisfier.
Cookies & Cream Shake
We’ll admit it, we’re partial to cookies and cream anything. This shake lived up to every one of our creamy, cookie expectations. Sweet Cream Ice Cream, Oreo cookie pieces, and Hershey’s chocolate syrup make up the base of this decadent shake. It’s then topped with whipped cream and crushed Oreos, taking it over the top in the best possible way.
Strawberry Short Cake Sundae
This dessert combines the best parts of ice cream and baked goods to create an unforgettable sundae. Sweet Cream Ice Cream is perfectly complemented by yellow cake pieces, fresh strawberries, strawberry syrup, and a generous dollop of whipped cream.
