Decadent fun awaits at The Melting Pot, where fondue isn’t just a matter of slurping down melted cheese — it’s an intricate, interactive, and ultimately, memorable experience. This unique fondue restaurant places you in charge of your meal.

When you arrive, you and your fellow fondue lovers will be seated around an induction burner. You’ll be given various breads, fruits, or vegetables to dip. If you opt for one of the four-course dinners, you’ll be instructed to load up your kabob sticks and use the provided broth to kick-start the cooking process. A slotted spoon allows you to ‘rescue’ any items that fall off your skewers. Depending on your selected meal, it may come with a variety of sides or sauces.

This all might sound like a lot, but there’s no reason to feel intimidated. Your server is there to help every step of the way. Set aside plenty of time for your meal, as the entrees take awhile to prepare. Relish this leisurely experience, which brings a new element of excitement to dining out.

As a fondue restaurant, The Melting Pot isn’t exactly ideal for vegans. Those with other dietary restrictions, however, should have no trouble finding something delicious to sample. The menu boasts a wide array of gluten-free items, which are clearly marked for your convenience.

Feel free to order a glass of wine or a cocktail with your fondue. Favorites include the Tipsy Turtle, the Love Martini, and the Melting Pot Mule. If you prefer craft beer, you’ll be pleased to find a small sampling of Florida brews on the drink menu.

The Melting Pot’s Destin branch may be just one of the chain’s several Florida locations, but it’s definitely worth checking out. At a restaurant where the quality of the experience is so thoroughly impacted by the service, you’ll be pleased to find patient staff members who are determined to show you and your loved ones a good time.

This charcuterie board brings an additional element of luxury to your dining experience. It comes with a tasty selection of salamis, plus Kalamata olives, artisan crackers, and fig jam.

The Classic Four-Course Experience
The Melting Pot offers several four-course meals, which come complete with fondue, a salad, an entree, and a dessert. You’d best be hungry if you opt for The Classic, as the entree alone is incredibly filling. It all begins with your choice of cheese fondue, followed by a salad, and finally, a vast selection of meat. You’ll enjoy preparing and sampling herb-crusted chicken, Memphis-style dry rub pork, teriyaki-marinated sirloin, and shrimp. Your choice of dessert completes the experience.

Chocolate S’mores Fondue
Take your typical campfire s’mores to the next level with the ultimate rendition of chocolate fondue. This delectable dessert features milk chocolate, marshmallow cream, and crumbled graham cracker.
