From their boba tea to the massaman curry, everything you’ll find at Real Thai Fusion is brimming with flavor and personality. The storefront doesn’t particularly set it apart from other shopping center restaurants, but inside you’ll find that the setting is spotless and elegant, full of touches of Asian culture and style. You can expect reliably quick, friendly, and prompt service from the moment you step through the door–along with mouthwatering aromas drifting out from the kitchen.
Real Thai Fusion’s menu includes an array of truly authentic Thai cuisine (right down to some incredibly spicy Thai dishes that most westerners find inedible). You’ll also find a handful of “fusion” favorites blending elements of American cuisine and other Asian gastronomical preferences: crab rangoons, Thai sweet ‘n tangy (their version of sweet and sour chicken), and Hawaiian fried rice, to name a few. Everything is prepared to perfection with an eye for detail; plates come out of the kitchen thoughtfully assembled with an eye for beauty as well as flavor.

Pad Bai Kra Pow
A true Thai classic, Real Thai Fusion’s pad bai kra pow hits the spot every time. Featuring stir-fried meat in a light, spicy sauce with onion, bell pepper, green beans, Thai basil, and chili paste, pad bai kra pow is an excellent introduction to Thai food and a comfort food favorite for many locals.
Crab Rangoons
These aren’t the crab rangoons you’ve grown to expect from Asian fusion restaurants. Here, each crispy wonton contains blue crab meat, cream cheese, carrot, onion, scallions, and a dash of curry powder–a savory, flavorful take on a classic. The menu claims these are the best-selling crab rangoons on the beach, and we’re not inclined to disagree with them.
Royal Pad Thai
Fresh, hot Thai noodles, bean sprouts, carrots, scallions, ground peanuts, and egg combine with house-made pad Thai sauce to create this classic–a staple among Thai households, a local favorite, and a hearty, filling dish that’s tough to beat.
You’ll also find a wide assortment of curries, hot pots, and other entrees among Real Thai Fusion’s offerings. Real Thai Fusion is located in Miramar Beach, Florida, just a couple of blocks from Silver Sands Premium Outlets on the Emerald Coast Highway. It’s an excellent, family-friendly stop after a day of exploring the beach: casual enough for beach touring attire, and conveniently located to many of the area’s attractions.
Insider Tips:
– Save room for dessert! The mango sticky rice is particularly worth the calories.
– Keep in mind that “Thai spicy” means “really, really, extremely spicy.” Order conservatively and consider an extra side of rice with your entree if you go with a spicy dish.
– Real Thai Fusion is often open on major holidays; it’s a great Thanksgiving stop!
