The Summer Kitchen started as a counter-serve walkup restaurant on Rosemary Beach in 1999. Today it’s a casual sit-down restaurant by day and a fine dining experience at night. Their front-porch seating pairs a great atmosphere with fresh sea breezes, while the classy but comfortable interior seating offers the luxury of climate control. Local beers on tap, fresh American-esque cuisine, and attentive service make this restaurant a Rosemary Beach favorite among locals and tourists alike.

It’s served up with stone-ground grits and the fresh flavors of asparagus and saffron butter on the side. For grouper aficionados, it’s hard to go wrong with this dish.
