The Havana Beach Bar and Grill packs a punch in terms of atmosphere, ambiance, and flavor. The interior’s design was inspired by Ernest Hemingway’s favorite pub in old-town Havana, Cuba. It features the same hand-carved mahogany bar tops, leather seats, warm lighting, and rich colors that you might expect Hemingway to love. You’ll appreciate the comfortable seating and sophisticated, welcoming atmosphere whether you drop by for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
The Havana is the place to go if you’re looking for classic, high-quality Gulf Coast Americana fare. Expect locally-sourced fish, game, and produce from small-scale fishers and farmers in the area. Both indoor seating and rooftop seating are available. Inside the spacious bar and dining area, large windows let in ample natural light and offer lovely views of the Pearl grounds. The rooftop bar and seating area offer another comfortable spot to make yourself at home.
Although prices tend toward the high side and the quality of the food could be a bit more consistent, the atmosphere and service at the Havana leave nothing to be desired.

Florida French Toast
For breakfast, it’s hard to beat the Havana’s Florida French Toast. A little different than the typical French toast recipe, the Havana’s chefs use a citrus-and-vanilla egg batter to coat their fresh brioche bread before cooked to a perfect golden brown. Each plate is served with whipped cinnamon butter, fresh berries, and Vermont maple syrup.
The Beach Burger
A lunchtime favorite, the Beach Burger features a wagyu beef patty seasoned and cooked to perfection, then served with a slice of Swiss cheese, sliced avocado, grilled onion, Neuskes double-smoked bacon, and pearl sauce–all on a warm, toasted brioche bun.
Roast Pork Shoulder
Fork-tender, perfectly-seasoned pork shoulder takes center stage with this favorite. Although it’s not always on the dinner menu, which changes with the catch of the day and current availability, it’s impossible to go wrong with the Havana’s roast pork shoulder if you see it on the menu.
Make sure to save room for dessert after your meal; a wide range of mouthwatering dessert options are sure to tantalize the senses. If you just go for happy hour, you’ll find an assortment of exceptional appetizers, as well.
