The beans are always at their freshest as well, since they have them batch roasted on a weekly basis. The roasting process starts each Monday and continues until the beans reach absolute perfection. Then, they are shipped to the shop by Thursday, providing everyone with the best flavor possible. They create this iconic sandwich using a freshly-baked croissant topped with generous portions of Cajun turkey, bacon, provolone, and cheddar.
