Located in the heart of Panama City Beach, Florida, Emerald Coast Mirror Maze boasts fun for the whole family. Although their venue is somewhat small, they pack a whole lot of excitement into their four available activities.
In making the most of their space, they use the same room for both laser tag and bazooka ball. These activities pit two teams of six players head to head, allowing them to duke it out and see who comes out the winner. Their purpose-built battle room looks like a pirate ship and has plenty of places to run and hide during the game.
They also have two dedicated spaces available for their laser challenge and mirror maze games. The room for the laser challenge is packed full of laser beams that demand immense concentration to get through without touching. Created solely from mirrors, their maze room is equally well-designed and keeps everyone guessing until the end.
Mirror Maze
At the Mirror Maze, you are given a chance to put your sense of direction to the test. Once you make it out to the other end, you will be sent through additional times with challenges to complete. If navigating the maze is too easy, increase the difficulty by avoiding touching any of the mirrors as you go through.
Laser Challenge
In the Laser Challenge arena, everyone gets to test their skills as a super-spy by traveling through the room without touching the laser beams. As you master getting through the room without touching the beams, you can try for the fastest time possible. Increase the fun by challenging your friends to race you to the end of the room while being sneaky enough to avoid detection.
Pirate Quest Laser Tag
Pirate Quest Laser Tag allows up to 12 players to battle it out in a room designed to look like a pirate ship. In this game, you will attempt to get members of the other team ejected from the game by shooting their vests with the lasers. Remember to duck behind the many barriers in the room to avoid getting hit and removed from the game.
Bazooka Ball
Bazooka Ball is much like laser tag, except it is played with paintball guns that shoot soft foam balls. For that reason, it is much more challenging and usually more rewarding for older kids to play. You will battle against the other team in the Pirate Quest Laser Tag room, so remember all the key hiding spots to win.
All the staff members at Emerald Coast Mirror Maze always go above and beyond in serving their customers and making the experience well worth the money. To provide the most value, they will frequently send people through each activity several times unless the venue is too busy to accommodate those extra trips.
Insider Tips:
– You can either pay for each game individually or take advantage of their flat fee to play all four.
– If you are in the area often, consider picking up the Frequent Players Card for discounts on all your visits.
– For older kids and adults, Bazooka Ball is better than laser tag, as it is more challenging and lasts a bit longer than the rest.
