The newly remodeled Beach House offers a chic yet casual setting for lunch, dinner or drinks. Its open-air interior design offers inside diners a best-of-both-worlds option, while the outdoor deck gives new meaning to the word “waterfront.” You won’t find any other place to take in the views of the Gulf’s sparkling emerald waters and sugar-white sandy beaches than at The Beach House in Sandestin.

The Gulf of Mexico is famous for its grouper, and this Beach House specialty is an amazing way to experience it. The lemon beurre blanc sauce is just the right accompaniment, while the grilled seasonal veggies and cheese grits are to die for.
Seafood Basket
Why settle for one type of local seafood when you can try several of them? This hearty portion includes your choice of grilled or fried shrimp, “fresh catch fish,” a crab cake, and delicious sides, such as hushpuppies, pineapple slaw, and French fries. You will not leave hungry.
Grilled Seasonal Vegetables
While these are just sides, they’re a meal-maker. You won’t be disappointed.
The Beach House is also worth a visit for the drinks alone. The bar menu is full of tasty libations, including Panhandle Tea; the Beach A ‘Rita; and the Beach House Bushwacker. The Beach House Mary, meanwhile, might be the best Bloody Mary you’ve ever had.

– Just inform the guard at the gated entrance that you’re heating at the Beach House Restaurant and he/she will write you a pass.
– Happy Hour, offering awesome drink specials is held daily from 4 – 6 pm.
– For the best views and people-watching around, ask to sit at the beach rail.
