From their location in the heart of the Grand Boulevard Town Center, Grimaldi’s Pizzeria serves as the top spot to relax and fill up your belly after a day of shopping in Miramar Beach, Florida. Upon stepping through the doors, you will instantly feel at home in their dining room. This feeling is elevated by the warm welcome sent your way by the staff who invite you to seat yourself at your preferred table.

As you slide into your seats, they will bring over the menu, set down ice water, and invite you to take your time in making your selections. You can chat it up as you browse their menu offerings and hash it out on what to order. You have a ton of pizza and calzone flavors to consider plus a smattering of awesome starters. You can also order a salad or two to complement your fresh-baked items if you wish.

All their pizzas are made in the iconic New York style in 12, 16, and 18-inch sizes. On their menu, they have many premade concoctions with the perfect combination of sauce and ingredients. If you want something a little out of the ordinary, you can select from their sauce and topping options to create your own. You also have the choice to add items to their premade pizza flavors to personalize the pie to your liking.

Their top menu items include:

If you are looking to whet your appetite before diving into rich slices of pizza, grab the Antipasto platter for yourself or the whole group. Available in both small and large sizes, this platter comes with heaping portions of genoa salami and fresh mozzarella. All around the edges are olives, roasted red peppers, and fresh-baked bread galore to complement all the meat and cheese.

If you would much rather start with a sample of the main course, then the Bruschetta Trio is right up your alley. With your order, you will receive six pieces of bread covered in your toppings of choice and blasted in the oven until golden brown. You can select from three of their premade flavor combinations or just pick your favorite one for all six.

Garden Pesto Pizza
For a fresh take on pizza, try the Garden Pesto flavor in one of their three sizes. To create this pie, they add red onions, artichokes, and ricotta cheese in generous amounts across the crust. Then, they bake it until golden brown and smother it in a thick drizzle of their flavorful basil pesto sauce right before serving.

The Don Pizza
Out of all their different premade flavors, The Don is the most requested, and for good reason. When making this pizza, they always start by laying down a thick layer of traditional red sauce before covering it in mozzarella cheese. After that, they pile on the meatballs, Italian sausage, and pepperoni, and then bake it in the oven until bubbling hot.

While noshing on all the pizzas, calzones, and much more, make sure to save some room for dessert. Otherwise, you will regret leaving without tasting their famous cannoli, blueberry cheesecake, and tiramisu. Of course, even with enough room in your belly, you still have to choose between all their amazing dessert offerings. If you just cannot manage that task, ask for their dessert trio, which gives you a taste of up to three of their sugary treats. You can even ask for it to go.

Insider Tips:
– Since they make the pizzas to order and cook them in a coal brick-oven, it can take up to 30 minutes for your meal to arrive at the table.
– If eating late, be sure to arrive about an hour before closing since they stop seating dine-in visitors rather early.
