If you’d like to start your day off right, wake up early for a stroll on the beach at sunrise and then come over to the café for a bite to eat right when they open. On their brekkie menu, you’ll find freshly baked cinnamon rolls and muffins, toast topped with your favorite fixings, and many other delightful dishes. Camille’s at Crystal Beach also has coffee sourced from Destin Coffee and freshly brewed to order. If you don’t want coffee, they also have tea and smoothies available.

After 11 am, the café rolls out its lunchtime menu, featuring everything from Fried Green Tomato BLTs to BBQ Chicken Pizza. Once the clock strikes 3 pm, it’s time for their coveted cocktails and bar snacks. For two hours each day, they happily pair Margaritas with Nanny’s Chex Mix, Rose with Hummus + Pita Chips, and Mangrove Pale Ale with Smoke Tuna Dip + Chips. Choose what you want and Camille’s at Crystal Beach makes it happen.

At 5 pm sharp, the aesthetic changes once again as the crew moves into the evening dinner hour. Fine dining dishes land on the menu at that time, including Seafood Gumbo, Pasta Primavera, and Filet Mignon. All their seafood comes straight from the Harbor Docks Wholesale Seafood Market, so you just know it’s ultra fresh. They put just as much care into sourcing their other ingredients and then preparing them using imaginative recipes.
