Mexico Beach is a small off-the-beaten-path coastal community in Northern Florida that offers boating swimming and other fun-in-the-sun activities. This vacation destination is an easy-to-find town located between Panama City and port Saint on Highway 98. It features the most gorgeous beaches and the friendliest locals, not to mention amazing eateries. If you love fresh seafood and the beach, you’re in for a treat!

One of the hot spots that everyone raves about is Mango Marleys known as the coolest place on Mexico Beach. When you arrive, you’ll instantly get the tropical picture. They call it, “Floribbean food, fun, and rum!” If you are looking for a family-friendly, relaxed atmosphere that serves the most delicious food and drinks, Mango Marleys is the place to check out. It’s not like other restaurants in the area. It’s festive, fun, and overflowing with activities and things to see and do. We’re talking great food, yes but it’s the extras that add up to a fantastic experience. There is live music three times a week, arcade games like Pac-Man, foosball games, and pinball machines. They have eight big screen televisions throughout allowing you to watch and catch up on your favorite sports team, Kids of all ages can bond while relaxing, playing, and enjoying a wonderful dining experience with breathtaking beachfront views. 

To give you an idea of how extra special Mango Marley is, singer Don Middlebrook’s hit song, Mexico Beach was inspired by the time he spent here. Pretty impressive, the lyrics include a story about a beach town, a beach bar, a teacher, and a song. The lyrics continue, “like something came out of nothing,” which is a great analogy for this true one-of-a-kind and memorable destination.

The menu is loaded with items, many with a Caribbean flair. Pan-seared tuna, fried pickles, crab cakes, pulled pork sandwiches, and half-pound burgers are just a few. If you are a wing fan, the chicken wings are the biggest and best around. Mango Marley’s gives you 25 different sauces to choose from. The crowd please is Mango Tango, a mouthwatering Asian-inspired blend. If hot is your pleasure give the Tsunami a hotter than hot blend made with habanera peppers and fruity pineapple.

The menu is full of out-of-this-world seafood, salads, appetizers, entrées, sandwiches, and signature dishes and is exceptionally extensive. There is something for every taste and craving here. Keep in mind, if you are in a hurry, maybe consider visiting another time. As the old sayings go, “good things come to those who wait.” That said, there is plenty to keep you busy until your amazing meal is ready.
