Made using Gulf Coast favorites, their sushi rolls, sashimi, and nigiri always steal the limelight, although that’s not all you can get. Shaka Sushi and Noodle Bar also has ramen, poke bowls, and everything in between. When it comes to their beverage menu, their Signature Sake Cocktails are always the most popular choice.  If that’s not quite your style, their beer and wine selections prove plenty good and always go great with their menu items.

The most popular items at Shaka Sushi and Noodle Bar are:

Baked Avocado
The Baked Avocado promises to kick off your meal beautifully with its rich veggie and crab flavors. To create this tasty appetizer, they make their crab salad using fresh seafood and other quality ingredients. After that, they cut an avocado in half, fill it with crab salad, and bake it until bubbly and hot.

Double Red Flag
The Double Red Flag brings smoked salmon and tuna tartare together to create an unforgettable flavor combination. Located on their Signature Roll menu, this roll features smoked salmon avocado, tempura, and aioli wrapped up in soy paper. To that, they add tuna tartare over top to finish it off right.

Poke Bowl
For a taste of the freshest seafood around, treat yourself to the Poke Bowl. You’ll need to choose between their tuna, yellowtail, salmon, shrimp, or octopus to start. Then, they will mix your selection with krab, cucumber, daikon, avocado, seaweed, and squid. Once that’s done, they put it all over a bed of rice to help the bright ocean flavors stand out even more.

For a sweet treat after finishing your meal, you’ll need to decide between their Sea Salt Caramel Cheesecake and Shaka Chocolate Bomb. The cheesecake features rich caramel flavors all the way through, plus a generous drizzle of dulce de leche over the top. The chocolate bomb, on the other hand, starts with a sponge cake base that’s adorned with chocolate mousse and ganache. Can’t decide between the two? Get both to go to enjoy them once your belly settles.
