The house is located on Pensacola Beach, 10 miles south of Pensacola and accessible by a toll bridge and scenic drive out across the warm waters of the Gulf. Bring a book, a beach towel, and your swimsuit, and get ready to relax among the sand and surf. Beach chairs and umbrellas are on us - feel free to borrow them from the house. From the moment you arrive, you'll want to kick off your shoes and hit the beach. With the dunes just 150 feet from your front door, you'll be at the water's edge in no time. Inside, the house combines a vintage charm with modern conveniences. Spread out on one of the two comfy couches to watch TV or play a board game, or hook up the PlayStation 3 for a family competition. The attached kitchen comes fully equipped with pots, pans, and all the appliances you'll need to cook some delicious evening meals - including a gas grill out back for a beachside barbecue! Take your dinner up to the deck for a truly unforgettable dining experience. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, this rental is ideal for a family or multi-family vacation as it sleeps up to nine guests (six adults maximum, please). The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bathroom, while two other bedrooms are furnished with queen beds. The fourth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds for the kids. And with a small nightly pet fee the house is suitable for dogs, so your furry friends can enjoy romping along the beach as much as you! What's nearby: Although this part of Santa Rosa Island has grown slightly more developed in recent years, it remains fairly isolated and the perfect spot for a quiet beach getaway. The Emerald Coast features some of the most breathtaking beaches in the entire country, with pure white sand and gently lapping waves. Restaurants and grocery stores are limited on the island, so we recommend stocking up on food in Pensacola or Gulf Breeze before you arrive. That way, you can enjoy your idyllic stay uninterrupted. If you do feel like a change of pace, there's plenty to explore back on the mainland. Explore beautiful downtown Pensacola, with its Southern-themed food trucks, Crepe Myrtle-lined streets, and laid-back atmosphere.
