Ready for good times This newly renovated home has so many places to kick back, you might have a new favorite hangout spot every night! Start with a swim in the private pool, then relax with a drink at the tiki bar. If you're tired from a day of adventure, take in a soak in the covered hot tub just remember to rinse off sand in the outdoor shower, of course. Chill on the recently renovated deck, or climb the exterior stairs to hang out on the upstairs balcony. This is where the private gas grill lives! But if you're feeling hungry, have no fear each floor features a fully equipped kitchen, with the upper floor also featuring a wet bar for easy refreshments. The upperlevel kitchen features a 48inch gourmet gas stove and double oven, perfect for cooking a large meal for all of your family and friends. Central air conditioning will keep the nonsunbathers comfortable inside, though there's plenty of shady places in the backyard. Everyone will find a place to relax at this oasis. And for the beach bums in the group, beach service is included seasonally from March through October with with Lazy Days Beach Service at Public Beach Access 25A. The home has been refurbished with new furniture, new curtains, new dishes, and a fresh coat of paint. As you walk through the front door, you can find the first two bedrooms just past the spiral staircase. On the right, the first bedroom features extra seating and a twowindow view of the backyard. To the right, the second bedroom features a private entrance to the backyard and is set up as a bunk room with a fun beach theme. Head up the spiral staircase and turn right to find the third and main bedroom of the home. This spacious suite features a private entrance to the main balcony, a multiwindow view of the neighborhood, and a lovely en suite bathroom featuring double sinks, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub. If you turn left at the top of the stairs and head past the upstairs kitchen, you'll find the fourth and final bedroom of the home. This sunny room features a private entrance to the main balcony, a completely private balcony, and an en suite bathroom featuring a showertub combination. Every bedroom features a ceiling fan to ensure guests have a restful sleep. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming is available with your own accounts. Public beach access 25A is located a 300 yard walk away on a paved pathway.
