The primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bath, and the second bedroom has a queenoverqueen bunk with memory foam mattresses. Central AC and a Smart TV in the main living area, TVs in each bedroom, and free WiFi are just a few of the many amenities that will make you feel right at home. Enjoy expansive views of Little Sabine Bay from the living room and primary bedroom and an ocean view from the second bedroom. Guests have access to two paddleboards which can be launched from the backyard and a private beach chair service for two from March through September weather permitting. Store your own toys in the spacious groundfloor garageplay area or use the guestprovided toys. All linens and bath towels are provided for your convenience. This beautifully decorated townhome on Little Sabine Bay offers the best Pensacola Beach has to offer. With the bay in your backyard and beach access across the street, Beach NBay lives up to its name with its excellent location. The townhouse is situated just under a mile from the Pier, nightlife, dining, and shopping. Access to Fort Pickens National Park Langford Beach and the Pensacola Beach Trail is right outside the front door. The townhouse is also one of the best vantage points for the Blue Angels Air Show! Bike and jet ski rentals, parasailing, and fishing at the pier are also all nearby for some real adventure! THINGS TO KNOW Two paddleboards, two ikes, beach toys, a cooler, and a wagon are available for guest use. Trolley service is available from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Streaming is available using your own accounts.
