This villa comfortably sleeps up to eight guests and features a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, along with an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience. The primary bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom has access to a Jack-and-Jill-style bathroom that opens to both the bedroom and the hallway. Enjoy two furnished balconies, each offering a unique perspective of the resort. One balcony, accessible from both the living area and the primary bedroom, overlooks the lush tropical pool area. The second private balcony opens exclusively from the guest bedroom and overlooks the resort's landscaped common grounds, framed by tropical palms. Guests of Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort enjoy exceptional amenities, including an on-site golf course, community tennis and basketball courts, a full-service spa, and eleven heated swimming pools. This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking.

Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 6-10 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 11+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.
