Grab your beach gear and walk out the door. This quaint getaway is only a 5-minute walk from the lovely beaches, which is calmer and less busy, but close enough to the action if you want it. Only a short drive away are the food and shops in Pier Park or in the opposite direction, 30Avenue, Rosemary Beach & Alys Beach. The outdoor living space is wonderful. The beautiful private pool with plenty of room for sunbathing is perfect for entertaining. The inviting nearby sunroom is inviting, with dining table that seats 6. Further inside, the living-dining area is quaint, clean, open and bright. All the furniture is new as of 2020, so no old flamingo and peacock furniture here. The living room has a large TV and full sleeper sofa, the dining table comfortably seats 6. Nearby, a guest room, queen, has a private bath, the other guest room with two twins and TV. Point Three is in a quiet golf cart-friendly community, with easy access to Front Beach Road and Highway 98. We're excited to have you stay with us! Oversee is small and locally owned. Our teams of hard-working professionals are passionate about providing a clean home and a consistent experience for our guests. We're open seven days a week with a 24/7 emergency line.
