Here on the western shores of Panama City Beach, you'll have 600 feet of private white sand (including seasonal beach service), indoor and outdoor pools, several hot tubs, a movie theater, a game room, and a 4,300-square-foot fitness center with a sauna and steam room. This resort condo is located near an abundance of dining, shopping, recreation, and entertainment. Grab a coffee at Starbucks on your way out the door and spend a day exploring Pier Park (less than a mile east), which is home to 124 stores, an assortment of restaurants, an IMAX theater, a Dave & Buster's, the Panama City Beach Skywheel, and various live music events. Experience a wildlife encounter at Gulf World (one mile east), or bring a picnic and your kayak to the serene shores of St. Andrews State Park (11 miles east). THINGS TO KNOW Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella). Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 25. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
