The sunny Miramar Beach is a familyfriendly and funfilled resort town and offers visitors the best of Florida Sand, surf, sightseeing, and endless dining options. Shoppers can peruse the popular Silver Sands outlets for bargains less than one mile away or the Grand Boulevard at Sandestin less than three miles away. Dining options abound and there is something for everyone. If golf is your thing, make sure to pack your clubs and hit the links at the Emerald Bay Golf Club, which is three and a half miles away. No boats, trailers, RVs, or golf cartsscooters are permitted. Beach House will undergo a construction project beginning on October 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 to waterproofrestore the Gulffacing side of the buildings. The construction work includes but will not be limited to large amounts of construction equipment set up throughout the property, construction type noise between the hours of 800am through 500pm MondayFriday and an occasional Saturday, scaffolding equipment set up on the Gulf side of the property.
