You may hear noise and see construction crews onsite and working during your stay. *Onsite charges a $50/car fee that is collected thru a separate website. Boat slip is 40ft long x 13ft wide will hold a 35ft boat. Boat Slip is a wet slip does not have a boat lift. Boat registration and proof of insurance are required. This pleasantly adorned unit has all you require to ensure your vacation is a relaxing one.
