Description

Beginning in late August 2025 until September 2026 Inlet Reef will under go an extensive waterproofing project. This project will consist of balconies being worked on and windows being replaced. In additional to exterior work there will be walkway sealing done. You can expect to see scaffolding onsite as well as construction crews. Noise such as concrete grinding and possible debris could occur as well. Balconies may be inaccessible as well as views obstructed. Discounts will not be give for construction related inconveniences including but not limited to noise, closed or removed amenities, closed/blocked balconies, or dust/debris. Welcome to your luxurious coastal retreat, Inlet Reef 518. This two bedroom two bath condo is located on the 5th floor and sleeps 11 with ease. Comes with FREE beach service during season. Two beach chairs and one umbrella. The nicely decorated condo has an open floor plan that allows for conversation to flow from the kitchen to the living room. The kitchen is spacious and stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. The bar area can seat 6. The dining table can accommodate the family thanks to the large bench seating. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV and a queen sleeper. The guest bedroom has a double on the bottom bunk and a twin on the top bunk. There is a full trundle. The guest bathroom has a combination tub/shower. The master bedroom has a king size bed and balcony access. The master bathroom has a spacious vanity are and combination tub/shower. The large balcony allows for partial views of the Gulf on the left. 518 has a full size washer/dryer and internet access as well. Inlet Reef has beach access, tennis courts, a complex pool, and on-site check-in office.
