Description

Inlet Reef is undergoing a complex, wide waterproofing project.  By the end of May, a majority of the construction will occur on the adjoining Sunset portion of the complex and not the Gulf side where this condo is.  This project consists of balconies being worked on, walls being repairs, and windows being replaced. In additional to exterior work, there will be walkway sealing done. You can expect to see scaffolding onsite as well as construction crews. Noise such as concrete grinding and possible debris/dust could occur as well. Pool hours are currently limited to 5 PM until 10 PM unless the end of May.  Discounts will not be given for construction-related inconveniences including but not limited to noise, closed or removed amenities, closed/blocked balconies, or dust/debris.   Welcome to Inlet Reef 402! The kitchen is spacious and fully stocked with pots, pans, and full size appliances to make cooking a breeze. The dining table is situated perfectly between the kitchen and living room and offers seating for 4. There is additional seating at the bar to enjoy a snack or a drink. This condo also has a full size washer and dryer, so no worrying about coin laundry. The guest bedroom is offers a Queen size bed. The guest room is accented in warm wood tones and has a ceiling fan and flat screen TV. The guest bathroom features a combination tub/shower. The Master bedroom features a King size bed, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, and balcony access. The adjoining Master Bathroom has ample counter space for 2 to get ready at the same time. The bathroom offers a large walk-in shower as well. The balcony is accessible from the large floor to ceiling doors in the Master Bedroom and living room. The balcony furniture is perfect for your family to enjoy a meal or looking for dolphins in the Gulf. This condo has internet access.
