Description

Beginning in late August 2025 until September 2026 Inlet Reef will under go an extensive waterproofing project. This project will consist of balconies being worked on and windows being replaced. In additional to exterior work there will be walkway sealing done. You can expect to see scaffolding onsite as well as construction crews. Noise such as concrete grinding and possible debris could occur as well. Balconies may be inaccessible as well as views obstructed. Discounts will not be give for construction related inconveniences including but not limited to noise, closed or removed amenities, closed/blocked balconies, or dust/debris. It's hard to beat the Destin Florida vacation oasis that is Inlet Reef 205. *Beach Service of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella are included for the 2026!* This two bedroom, two bathroom condo spares no expense to ensure you are in the utmost comfort during your vacation. Upon entering the condo you will first notice the expansive open kitchen, with a vast amount of countertop space and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen comes with all the pots, pans, plates, dishware, and silverware needed to prepare your favorite feast. The Living Room boasts unparalleled beach views, access to the balcony, a large flat-screen HDTV, a DVD player, sofa and loveseat and an additional leather chair with an ottoman. The Master bedroom has private balcony access, a large flat-screen HDTV, and a King bed. The Master bathroom comes complete with dual vanities encased in granite and a bathtub/shower combination. The Guest Bedroom has two Full size beds and a wall-mounted flat-screen HDTV. The Guest bathroom is adjacent to the Guest Bedroom and has a granite vanity with a walk-in shower. The balcony is hexagonal in shape, allowing for a 180 degree all-encompassing view of the Gulf of Mexico. This property sleeps eight guests, comes with complimentary Wi-Fi internet access, and a full size washer and dryer.
