Description

Beginning in late August 2025 until September 2026 Inlet Reef will under go an extensive waterproofing project. This project will consist of balconies being worked on and windows being replaced. In additional to exterior work there will be walkway sealing done. You can expect to see scaffolding onsite as well as construction crews. Noise such as concrete grinding and possible debris could occur as well. Balconies may be inaccessible as well as views obstructed. Discounts will not be give for construction related inconveniences including but not limited to noise, closed or removed amenities, closed/blocked balconies, or dust/debris. Take a look at this sophisticated two bedroom, two bathroom condo that sleeps six at Inlet Reef, room 206. The open kitchen has a plethora of counter space and all the full size appliances, pots, pans, dishware, and silverware needed to prepare your favorite meal. There are two dining tables in the condo. One dining table seats six, while the other dining table seats four, ensuring you will never run out of eating space. The Living Room boasts a flat screen HDTV, a Blu-Ray/DVD player, a Loveseat, two rocking chairs, a couch that doubles as a Queen Sofa Sleeper, and balcony access. The Master Bedroom has a King bed, a wall mounted flat screen HDTV, a DVD player, and balcony access. The Master Bathroom has a separated makeup desk area with its own sink, an additional sink, and a walk in shower. The Guest Bedroom has two Twin beds and a wall mounted flat screen HDTV. The Guest Bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination. The balcony is large and in charge, and comes complete with its own wet bar and an outside dining table. The view from this balcony has to be seen to be believed! From the balcony you have an unobstructed view of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar white sand that makes Destin's beach famous. Amenities include a full size washer and dryer, and high speed wireless internet access.  Complex amenities include tennis courts, a swimming pool, exercise room, and Men and Women's Saunas.
