Beginning in late August 2025 until September 2026 Inlet Reef will under go an extensive waterproofing project. This project will consist of balconies being worked on and windows being replaced. In additional to exterior work there will be walkway sealing done. You can expect to see scaffolding onsite as well as construction crews. Noise such as concrete grinding and possible debris could occur as well. Balconies may be inaccessible as well as views obstructed. Discounts will not be give for construction related inconveniences including but not limited to noise, closed or removed amenities, closed/blocked balconies, or dust/debris. Feast your eyes on the perfection that is Inlet Reef 303, a Gulf Front and Gulf View condo. This renovated two bedroom, two bathroom beachfront condo sleeps eight guests in supreme comfort. Throughout the full renovation, the owner spared no expense in ensuring your next Destin vacation is nothing short of remarkable. The Kitchen has a plethora of granite counter space, stainless steel full size appliances, and all the pots, pans, silverware, and dishware needed to prepare your favorite meal. The large dining table sits six guest. The adjacent Living Room offers spectacular views of the Gulf, a small window side table for two, a loveseat and a couch that doubles as a Queen sofa sleeper, a wall mounted 65” flat screen UHD Smart TV, a Blu-ray player, and balcony access. On the opposite end of the kitchen you'll find a bonus room with a Twin, a trundle, a 27" flat screen HDTV, and a Blu-ray player. The spacious Master Bedroom comes complete with a King memory foam mattress, a wall mounted flat screen 55" Smart HDTV, a Blu-ray player, and balcony access. The Master Bathroom has two separated granite encased vanities, a makeup desk, and a walk in shower. The Guest Bedroom has a King bed, a wall mounted 40" Smart HTDV, and a Blu-ray player. The Guest Bathroom has a beautiful granite vanity and a shower/bathtub combination. As gorgeous as this property is inside, the view on the balcony is even better. The balcony is hexagonal in shape and comes with a wet bar, a lounge chair, an outside dining table, and an unobstructed 180 degree view of Destin's famous beach and the emerald green waters of the Gulf. Amenities include a full size washer and dryer, and complimentary wireless internet access. Complex amenities include grills, tennis courts, a swimming pool, exercise room, and Men and Women's Saunas.
