Inlet Reef is undergoing a complex, wide waterproofing project.  By the end of May, a majority of the construction will occur on the adjoining Sunset portion of the complex and not the Gulf side where this condo is.  This project consists of balconies being worked on, walls being repairs, and windows being replaced. In additional to exterior work, there will be walkway sealing done. You can expect to see scaffolding onsite as well as construction crews. Noise such as concrete grinding and possible debris/dust could occur as well. Pool hours are currently limited to 5 PM until 10 PM unless the end of May.  Discounts will not be given for construction-related inconveniences including but not limited to noise, closed or removed amenities, closed/blocked balconies, or dust/debris.   Check out this beautiful, spacious two bedroom, two bathroom beachfront condo at Inlet Reef, room 305.  The large, open kitchen has a plethora of counter space, and all the full size appliances, pots, pans, dishware, and silverware needed to prepare your favorite meal. When the meal is prepared, you will find no issues in seating arrangements, as this condo seats 6 in the dining room and 4 at the bar. Directly across from the kitchen is a separate bar with its own sink, which makes the perfect location to prepare your favorite beach cocktail. The Living Room has balcony access, a big screen HDTV, a DVD player, and a couch with a Queen Sofa Sleeper. The Master Bedroom has a large King bed, a wall mounted flat screen HDTV, and balcony access. The Master Bathroom has a makeup area, two separate vanities with sinks, and a large walk-in tiled shower. The Guest Bedroom has two Extra Long Twin beds and a wall mounted HDTV. This condo sleeps six guests in comfort and ease. The guest bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination. Without a doubt, the most amazing part of this property is the balcony and its views. Hexagonal in shape, this balcony has an outside dining table, a wet bar, and an unobstructed 180 degree view of Destin's Beach and the perfect Emerald Green Waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Other amenities included wireless high speed WiFi internet access and a full size washer and dryer.
