Inlet Reef is undergoing a complex, wide waterproofing project.  By the end of May, a majority of the construction will occur on the adjoining Sunset portion of the complex and not the Gulf side where this condo is.  This project consists of balconies being worked on, walls being repairs, and windows being replaced. In additional to exterior work, there will be walkway sealing done. You can expect to see scaffolding onsite as well as construction crews. Noise such as concrete grinding and possible debris/dust could occur as well. Pool hours are currently limited to 5 PM until 10 PM unless the end of May.  Discounts will not be given for construction-related inconveniences including but not limited to noise, closed or removed amenities, closed/blocked balconies, or dust/debris.   Are looking for a beautifully decorated, spacious 2 bedroom condo with an open floor plan and amazing views of the Gulf?  Inlet Reef 306 is the place for you. The guest bathroom has a combination tub/shower. There is an additional nook, adjacent to the kitchen, that the owner has turned in to a nice office with a desk for those who wish to mix business with pleasure. The tile balcony has a very nice table for sitting or dining, as well as a tile wet bar, and offers astonishing views of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo comes with a full size washer/dryer, and complimentary high-speed WiFi internet capabilities. Complex amenities include grills, tennis courts, a swimming pool, exercise room, and Men and Women's Saunas.
