Description

Inlet Reef is undergoing a complex, wide waterproofing project.  By the end of May, a majority of the construction will occur on the adjoining Sunset portion of the complex and not the Gulf side where this condo is.  This project consists of balconies being worked on, walls being repairs, and windows being replaced. In additional to exterior work, there will be walkway sealing done. You can expect to see scaffolding onsite as well as construction crews. Noise such as concrete grinding and possible debris/dust could occur as well. Pool hours are currently limited to 5 PM until 10 PM unless the end of May.  Discounts will not be given for construction-related inconveniences including but not limited to noise, closed or removed amenities, closed/blocked balconies, or dust/debris.   Are you looking for a spacious beach front two bedroom, two bathroom condo? The living room is home to a love seat, a couch that doubles as Queen Sofa Sleeper, two “egg chairs,” a flat screen HDTV, a BluRay/DVD player, balcony access, and unsurpassed Gulf views. The Master Bedroom has a King bed, a wall mounted HDTV, a DVD player, and balcony access. The Master Bathroom has two separate vanity areas and a bathtub/shower combination. The Guest Bedroom is home to a King bed and a flat screen HDTV. The condo sleeps 8 guests total. Saving the best for last, the best part about this condo is the balcony. Hexagonal in shape, this balcony offers an astonishing 180 degree view of the Gulf of Mexico, a sight that has to be seen to be believed.  Amenities include a full size washer and dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi internet access.
