Beginning in late August 2025 until September 2026 Inlet Reef will under go an extensive waterproofing project. This project will consist of balconies being worked on and windows being replaced. In additional to exterior work there will be walkway sealing done. You can expect to see scaffolding onsite as well as construction crews. Noise such as concrete grinding and possible debris could occur as well. Balconies may be inaccessible as well as views obstructed. Discounts will not be give for construction related inconveniences including but not limited to noise, closed or removed amenities, closed/blocked balconies, or dust/debris. Check out this amazing two bedroom, two bathroom beachside property at Inlet Reef that sleeps four guests, Inlet Reef room 610. The newly remodeled kitchen has a plethora of granite counter space, two sinks, and all the full size appliances, pots, pans, dishware, and silverware needed to prepare your favorite meal. Next to the kitchen is a circular dining table set for four. The Living Room has a wraparound couch, a recliner, a plush chair, a TV, and balcony access. The Master Bedroom has a King bed, a TV, and balcony access. The Master Bathroom has a granite encased makeup area with its own vanity, an additional vanity, and a walk in shower.
