Description

Beginning in late August 2025 until September 2026 Inlet Reef will under go an extensive waterproofing project. This project will consist of balconies being worked on and windows being replaced. In additional to exterior work there will be walkway sealing done. You can expect to see scaffolding onsite as well as construction crews. Noise such as concrete grinding and possible debris could occur as well. Balconies may be inaccessible as well as views obstructed. Discounts will not be give for construction related inconveniences including but not limited to noise, closed or removed amenities, closed/blocked balconies, or dust/debris. Take a look at this spacious beachside two bedroom, two bathroom condo that sleeps eight guests and is located at Inlet Reef, room 616. The spacious kitchen has a plethora of counter space and all of the full size appliances, pots, pans, dishware, and silverware needed to prepare your favorite meal. When the food is prepared, you have an abundance of dining space to utilize. The dining area boasts a rectangular dining table set for six. The carpeted living area comes with a plush chair, a Love Seat, and a couch that doubles as a Queen Sofa Sleeper. The living room also has a flat screen HDTV, a DVD player, and balcony access. The Master bedroom has a King bed, balcony access, and a TV. The Master bathroom has a separated makeup area with its own vanity, an additional vanity, and a walk in shower. The Guest bedroom has a King size bed and a TV. The Guest bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination. Updated the breakfast area next to the kitchen with a double futon to sleep more guests. The true beauty of this condo resides on the balcony. Complete with its own wet bar, this balcony is hexagonal in shape, has an outside dining table, and plenty of outside seating. The views from the balcony are breathtaking. You can see great views of Destin's famous beach, the Emerald Green Waters of the Gulf of Mexico, and Inlet Reef's pool. Other amenities include complimentary high speed wireless internet access and a full size washer and dryer. Do not delay in booking this perfect Destin getaway!
