Dolphin Point is undergoing a large scale renovation project that is starting in the "C" building. You may hear noise from concrete grinding, dust is expected as well due to the grinding, and see construction crews onsite and working during your stay. Balcony access may be limited or inaccessible during this time. *Onsite charges a $50/car fee that is collected thru a separate website. This must be paid in order to park onsite and not be towed. 2 car maximum. * Considering a pleasant two bedroom, two bathroom Destin condo close to the beach that won't break your budget? The Living room boasts comfy seating, a flat screen HDTV, and balcony access that offers impressive harbor and pool views. The Master bedroom has a King size bed with a HDTV, while the Guest bedroom has two Queen Beds with a HDTV.  Dolphin Point is situated on the Destin Harbor on Holiday Isle. Conveniences comprise a large harbor-side pool and tennis courts, brilliant views of the Destin Harbor, and a two block, seven minute walk to the beach access. The 1,200 sq. ft. unit is well well-appointed to be your home away from home, and the laundry facility is at the end of each hall by the elevators. Sit back, relax, watch the boats go by, and relish the sunset.
