You may hear noise from concrete grinding, dust is expected as well due to the grinding, and see construction crews onsite and working during your stay. This roomy condo is noticeably close to Harbor, and a brief 7-10 minute walk to the beach. *Onsite charges a $50/car fee that is collected thru a separate website.
