This newly updated condo offers a high-end kitchen, comfy furnishings, and two peaceful suites. At the end of the day, unwind to the sound of rolling waves on your private balcony. LIVING AREA The living area is furnished with a plush sleeper sectional. Watch new movies and favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. KITCHEN & DINING Prepare tasty meals in the kitchen, newly appointed with granite countertops. Perch at the kitchen bar for four as dinner simmers. When you’re ready to eat, gather around the table for six in the dining area. Cleaning up is a breeze with the brand new dishwasher. BED & BATH This condo sleeps six guests between two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. The primary suite boasts a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. The second suite has a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The new AC will keep everyone pleasantly cool while they sleep. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Enjoy island cocktails at the table for two on the Gulf-view balcony. The outdoor pool (unheated and 6’ deep) and hot tub are available year-round. The community barbecue area has a charcoal grill. Complimentary beach service includes two chairs, umbrella, table, and paddleboard/kayak for 1 hour per day -- available March 1st through November 30th. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer/dryer. Unassigned parking is available for two cars in the community lot. RVs and boat trailers are not permitted on-site. Street parking is not permitted. This rental is located on the sixth floor. An elevator is available. THE LOCATION Just across the street from your rental, you’ll find a plethora of restaurants. Walk 17 minutes to the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park and the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier. Travel 1 mile to Island Watersports Company to rent kayaks or book a sightseeing tour.
