Mother of All Biscuits
If you don’t know what to order, you really cannot go wrong with the Mother of All Biscuits. Big Bad Breakfast builds this awesome breakfast sandwich on their black pepper buttermilk biscuits that are made fresh all day long. Between each side, they put their crispy fried dill chicken breast plus a thick slice of cheddar cheese. It’s up to you whether you want to go all out with the hot sauce, but they strongly recommend that you do.

Fried Oyster Scramble
It may have got its start way back in the gold rush days, but the Fried Oyster Scramble lives on at this eatery. To create this dish, they take fresh Gulf oysters and fry them up golden brown. Then, they scramble up two eggs with chopped onion, bell peppers, tomato, potatoes, and onion, of course. Once that’s done, they put their crispy oysters and sliced serrano peppers over the scramble to treat you to the absolute best flavors around.

Crab Louie Omelet
Once you’ve tried the Crab Louie Omelet at Big Bad Breakfast, you’ll never go back to eating this breakfast classic any other way. This omelet starts with three whipped eggs that are cooked until ready to fold. At that point, they fill the center with green onions and crabmeat before folding it over and heating it all up. After that, they slide the omelet onto the plate and serve it with fries and tossed greens.

You can pair your meal with a number of excellent varieties of cocktails, wine, and beer. The most popular of the bunch are their Mimosa, Bloody Mary, and Irish Coffee, of course. But their Honeysuckle Lemonade and Pineapple Jalapeno Margarita are definitely worth a try, too. They also have non-alcoholic beverages available if you prefer, including iced coffee and fresh-squeezed orange juice.
