The Seacrest community offers complimentary tram service to beach access, and to the 12,000-square-foot community pool, (Florida's second-largest pool!) which features multiple layers, waterfalls, fountains, two bathhouses, and ample lounge chairs to relax in. Inside, the home has new flooring and updated furniture. The comfortable living area on the first floor includes a large kitchen, island seating, and a large dining table that opens to a covered back porch, which borders a private nature preserve. Also on the first floor, a guest room has a hall bath with walk-in shower. A primary bedroom suite, king, has a garden tub and walk-in shower. The second floor has two bedrooms, the first has two sets of twin over twin bunks, the second guest room, king, shares a hall bath with a tub/shower combo. The separated spaces make this the ideal home for two families to share. We're excited to have you stay with us! Oversee is small and locally owned.
