Leeward I Unit 3

Leeward I Unit 3 overlooks the emerald green water and sugar sand beaches. This 1st floor, beachfront condo is ideally located in Seagrove Beach near Eastern Lake which places you midway between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Upon entering, you will find the bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath, as well as a bunk nook. Past the bunk nook is the kitchen and open-concept living room with a sleeper sofa. Off the living area is the covered porch, perfect for watching the waves while taking a break from the sun. You will find 3 convenient beach accesses while staying at Leeward I Unit 3. There is a private beach access for the building as well as two public beach access which are less than a 3-minute walk from your front door. At the Eastern Lake public beach access, you will find yourself standing on the sand between the Gulf of Mexico and Eastern Lake, one of our rare coastal dune lakes, which sometimes connect to create a pool perfect for kids to splash around in. We are excited to have you stay with us! Oversee is a locally owned company comprised of hard-working professionals passionate about providing a clean home and consistent experience for our guests. Our local office is located within 10 miles of this home. We are open seven days a week and operate a 24/7 emergency line. If you need anything during your stay, please let us know.
