Leeward II Unit 6 overlooks the emerald green water and sugar sand beaches. This 2nd floor, beachfront condo is ideally located in Seagrove Beach near Eastern Lake which places you midway between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. This condo is all about the beautiful gulf front view! Going up the stairs, (the building does not have an elevator) you will find the bedroom with a queen size bed, a full bath, as well as a nook that has one twin bed. Past the nook is the kitchen and open concept living room with a sleeper sofa. Off the living area is the covered porch, perfect for watching the waves while taking a break from the sun. There is a private beach access for the building. We are excited to have you stay with us! Oversee Rentals is a small locally owned company comprised of hard-working professionals passionate about providing a clean home and consistent experience for our guests. Our local office is located within 10 miles of this home. We are open seven days a week and operate a 24/7 emergency line. If you need anything during your stay, please let us know.
