The 3-story spacious home features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, and an elevator. The first floor has a lovely built-in bunk room, queen, across from the oversized laundry room and full bathroom. The second floor has three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The primary bedroom has a view of Topsail Hill State Park. The third floor features a spacious kitchen and dining area. The living area has a fireplace and large windows that offer stunning views of the Gulf and Topsail Hill State Park's white sandy dunes.
