The living room, with a huge TV, provides access to the pool. Down the hall, a primary suite, king, with dual vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub, isn't far from two additional guest bedrooms, each with king, private bath, and walk-in shower. Three full over full bunk beds are in the second-floor bunk room, with a private bath and a large walk-in shower. With ample, comfortable seating and a huge smart TV, the prize of the second floor is the lounge area. A house elevator takes guests up to a unique fourth-floor observation deck, with views of the gulf and remarkable sunsets.
