The first level has a roomy, open area, with a flat-screen TV, and plenty of seating. The full kitchen, with new appliances, is ideal for preparing a large meal or a snack for the beach. The first level is also home to a primary bedroom, king, with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower. Ideal for the young crowd to relax and unwind, a cozy loft, with comfortable seating and TV, is on the second level, as is a primary bedroom, king, with a private bath. A Jack and Jill bath is shared between a guest room, queen, and a bunk room with 2 twin bunk beds.
