Thee Beech Haus is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath newly constructed home in Highland Parks. The neighborhood features a tropically landscaped lagoon pool with a hot tub, a 360-observation tower, a community grilling area, and a fire pit with luxury chairs and couches. The quiet, private community is in Blue Mountain Beach. Grayton Beach, Seaside, and WaterColor are a quick car ride away where you can peruse local shops and eateries. The first floor living area features a 65” TV and plenty of seating. Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops make cooking a pleasure. With ample seating to accommodate 10, the dining table is perfect for creating new fun-filled family memories. The primary bedroom, king, has a 65" TV, and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The second floor also has a primary bedroom, king, with a 65" TV and private bath. There are two full beds in one guest room and two twin/twin bunk beds in the second guest bedroom. They share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub and shower combo. The home includes a 6-seater golf cart that will make your commute to and from the beach a breeze.
