Private beach access for guests features men's/women's restroom facilities and year around golf cart shuttle service. Enjoy the two community pools, one is heated year-round, the other when necessary. Big Redfish Lake Nature Preserve is adjacent to the property and includes a magnificent inland coastal dune lake. Enjoy the lovely deck, an awesome place for a glass of wine while taking in the picturesque setting. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a K-cup coffee maker, and is fully equipped. The dining area has seating for six at the table plus four bench seats at the kitchen island. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and comfortable seating, with a 60" flat screen TV and Blu-Ray DVD player. Walk through the French doors to an oversized covered patio with ample seating, the perfect place to view the famous sunsets. The first guest bedroom has a twin bunk bed and queen bed with a 45" TV with Roku. You also have a private bath with a walk-in tub/shower combo and dual vanities. The large primary bedroom, king, has a large TV. Enjoy your private bath with a walk-in shower, separate soaking tub, and dual vanity. We're excited to have you stay with us!
