Located on the ground floor, park in the lot outside the condo and walk-in using the code. The bedroom is located on your left with a king-size bed and flat-screen television. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination and is accessed from the bedroom or the hall. There are bunks in the hall (best suited for children) and the sofa in the living area is a sleeper so the condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 people! The hall opens into a living area, kitchen and dining area with a flat-screen television and patio access. You have a great view of the outdoor pool and easy access to the pool & hot tub. Both televisions inside have Roku so you can enjoy cable or watch you Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus+ etc. while staying on vacation. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. They can also get a full refund within 48 hours of booking if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in. If they cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights. If they cancel less than 7 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights.
