Inside, this condo features a full, well-equipped kitchen with upgraded features and a breakfast bar, a bar height table and stool set in the dining area, and an inviting living area with sliding glass door access our to your private balcony. You will also enjoy access to multiple pools, a fitness center, and, of course, miles of soft sandy beach just steps away. Just steps away, via public beach access, you will find shore fishing, parasailing, and jet ski rentals! Less than a mile from your vacation rental, visit Saint Andrews State Park for fishing, picnicking, and hiking. And right next door to this property is Schooners, a local favorite offering beachfront dining and entertainment. Things to Know Seasonal bike rentals are available for an additional fee. Reservations from March through October include beach service. Guests may be limited to one (1) parking pass per reservation on certain dates. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 21. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
