Whether you’re vacationing with the kids or enjoying a romantic getaway for two, Summit 913 makes it easy to relish everything Panama Beach City has to offer, and then some. The beautifully furnished condo overlooks the sugary beach and the Gulf of Mexico, and it’s part of a family-friendly resort whose amenities include swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and a game room. What’s more, the resort is close to numerous restaurants and even has its own casual eatery, Bikini Bob’s, as well as a picnic area. As a bonus Summit 913 has a new antimicrobial AC system by Remy Halo.
Summit 913’s private balcony will doubtless be a favorite place to start and end your day. Savor your morning coffee or enjoy a nightcap while pointing out the constellations in the night sky. And be sure to catch the sunset over the gulf at least once during your stay; after all, you’ll have a front-row view. The sliding glass doors that connect the balcony to the living area also allow you to admire the gulf even as you’re comfortably ensconced indoors. With it’s beachy vibe the living area is an ideal retreat after a day on the go. Kick back on one of the couches and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV with cable or take advantage of the free Wi-Fi to book a tee time at Bay Point or Holiday Golf Club, each of which is just 15 minutes away.
The condo also has its own compact but well-equipped kitchen for your use. The dining table seats four people, and two can cozy up to the breakfast bar. Though it has only one bedroom, Summit 913 can sleep as many as six people. That’s in part because a hallway alcove has been converted into a sleeping nook with twin-size bunk beds perfect for the kids. In addition, one of the living area sofas opens into a queen-size bed. As for the bedroom itself, it boasts a sumptuous king-size bed where you can sprawl out and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV in comfort. The bedroom has its own bathroom as well; there’s also a convenient half-bath for additional guests.
If you think Summit 913 is well appointed, wait until you see the rest of the complex. The Summit has not one but two beachfront swimming pools, one of which is seasonally heated, plus a pair of kiddie pools. It also features two outdoor hot tubs. There is also a fitness center, sauna, and game room. Chaises line the spacious sundeck surrounding the pools, so you can dry off in the sun after your swim. And you don’t have to leave the pool area if you work up a thirst; there’s a tiki bar right on the patio. Little ones will probably be more interested in the resort’s playground on the dunes between the sundeck and the beach. A private walkway connects the resort to the sparkling white beach and the Gulf of Mexico. When you stay at Summit 913 you can gather seashells, scan the surf for dolphins, and swim, canoe, kayak, paddleboard, and parasail in the water anytime you want.
Please note that the Summit charges a $20 registration fee per condo ($40 during spring break) upon check-in. And from May 26 through August 11, there is a seven-night minimum stay. You could stay twice or three times as long, however, and still never run out of things to see and do. The beach really is your backyard at Summit 913. Book your stay today and get ready to make sun-filled memories that will last a lifetime.
