A two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that can sleep as many as eight people, Regency Towers 710 looks out onto the sugar-white beach and the emerald-green Gulf of Mexico. Its balcony has a table and chairs so that you can savor your morning coffee while watching dolphins cavort in the waves. Later you’ll want to sip cocktails while admiring the reflection of the fiery sunset in the sparkling waters. And before calling it a night you can slip outside for a spot of stargazing in the silvery moonlight.
All that might be reason enough to vacation at Regency Towers 710. But there are plenty of other reasons as well. Recently painted and furnished with equal attention to comfort and style, the living area is the sort of bright and airy space you want to return to after an action-packed day. From the striped roll-arm sofas you can admire the gulf view through the glass doors that open onto the balcony. The seating is so comfortable, once you sit down you might never want to get back up! Fortunately there’s a smart TV with cable to keep you entertained, along with free WiFi.
Like the balcony’s table, the indoor dining table easily seats four, and there’s room for two more at the adjacent breakfast bar. The kitchen comes complete with all the appliances, cookware, and tableware you could possibly need. There’s a dishwasher too, because nobody wants to scrub plates when the beach is just steps away. And speaking of conveniences, Regency Towers 710 has its own washer and dryer. You can pack lighter than usual and still return home with clean clothes in your suitcase!
Spacious and restful, the primary suite will encourage you to turn in early and sleep late. Along with a sumptuous king-size bed, a smart TV, and plenty of storage, it includes sliding glass doors that, like those of the living area, open directly onto the balcony—perfect for a romantic rendezvous under the stars. The suite’s private bathroom includes a combination shower/tub so that you can wake yourself with a brisk shower in the morning, then unwind with a leisurely bath at night.
As many as four people can sleep in the second bedroom, which is furnished with two double beds. If you’re vacationing with the kids, they’ll view this room as their private clubhouse—and they’re sure to love having their own smart TV. The second bathroom with its own shower/tub will make mornings and bedtimes so much less hectic. Any additional guests can sleep in the living area; one of the sofas opens into a queen-size bed.
The gated Regency Towers complex includes two spacious outdoor saltwater pools, one of which is heated seasonally, as well as a wading pool for toddlers. The resort also has a fitness center; after your workout, pamper your muscles with a soak in the hot tub. You can cook a meal on one of the charcoal grills in the complex’s picnic areas, then eat it there too; the salt-kissed gulf breezes make everything taste better. Afterward head to the game room to shoot some pool. And all these amenities are free (though Regency Towers does require a $20 per-condo registration fee upon arrival).
Because Regency Towers is right on the beach - with complimentary beach chairs and umbrella - you don’t have to load up your car and battle traffic to enjoy sand and surf. Swimming, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, jet-skiing, paddleboarding, windsurfing, and beachcombing are all just steps from your condo. And there’s even more to do just a bit farther afield. ZooWorld Zoological and Botanical Conservatory, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, and the WonderWorks edutainment center are each less than 10 minutes away. So is St. Andrews State Park, where you can hike, bike, and spy waterfowl, deer, and alligators.
Because beachfront rentals are in such high demand, during the high season Regency Towers 710 has a seven-night minimum stay, with Saturday arrivals and departures. Once you’re here, though, you’ll find that a week isn’t nearly enough to enjoy everything that the area has to offer. See for yourself; book your stay today!
