- The FloridaPanhandle.com Local Expert Team

Nestled in a cozy corner of Rosemary Beach, Restaurant Paradis offers upscale dining with plenty of atmosphere. This is a favorite classy date night stop for locals and vacationers alike, thanks to its thoughtfully-curated aesthetic, attentive, high-end service, and mouthwatering cuisine.

Seating options include an intimate dining room with wine-country elegance, a gorgeous outdoor patio scented by nearby rosemary bushes, and a more casual lounge area that’s perfect for relaxing with friends. Keep in mind that seating fills up quickly on some nights; reservations are recommended, especially when visiting on the weekend.

The cuisine at Restaurant Paradis highlights coastal American gastronomy at its finest; you’ll find an excellent selection of seafood, but there’s something for everyone, including those who eschew fish at all costs. Here are a few of our favorite menu items:

Lobster Encrusted Grouper
This popular selection includes lobster-encrusted grouper served over toasted orzo with shaved brussels sprouts, spinach, hearts of palm, and red onion, and topped with a coconut, passion fruit, and pineapple beurre blanc. This one’s a true showstopper, beautifully plated to showcase a brilliant combination of unexpected flavors.

Chef’s Selection
The catch of the day, served with butternut squash and pancetta linguini and roasted brussels sprouts. Though the choice of fillet varies, this dish is indisputably excellent; the pancetta linguini and roasted brussels sprouts serve as the perfect counterpoint to a tender, perfectly-seasoned fish fillet.

Roasted Chicken Breast
Perfect for those who aren’t quite as keen on seafood, the roasted chicken breast exceeds expectations. Perfectly marinated, seasoned, and roasted and served with a pimiento and sharp cheddar biscuit, braised Swiss chard, and tomato-pepper jam, it’s hard to go wrong with this contemporary take on a classic comfort dish.

Seasonal Key Lime Pie
Only made when local limes are in season, the house-made key lime pie is a step above all others (except perhaps your grandma’s, if she’s a Florida native). If you make it to Restaurant Paradis when the limes are in season, you’ve got to try this dish.

Restaurant Paradis is located in Rosemary Beach, on the west corner of Hwy 30A and Barrett Square. If you’re anywhere in the vicinity of Powell Lake, Restaurant Paradis is worth a trip. You might want to make a reservation, particularly on weekend evenings; this is a popular stop among locals as well as vacationers.
