The home is on a deep-water canal just a few houses off of the Ole River. It is a short boat ride to many great restaurants (Flora Bama!), popular local islands, and fishing spots. If boating isn't your thing, the beach is just 2 blocks away! The neighborhood has deeded beach walkover to a quiet beach which is part of Perdido Key State Park. There is no street parking, so the beach is practically private. After a day at the beach or on the river, enjoy relaxing in one of the three outdoor living areas. The first floor has a dock, grill, porch swing, outdoor fire pit, and fenced-in side yard for the kids to play. The second-floor balcony has a view of the dunes, while the third-floor balcony has views of the Ole River on one side and the Gulf on the other! The interior of the home is comfortable and includes the primary bedroom and second bedroom and two full baths on the third floor. The third bedroom is on the second floor and is close by to the half bath. The large, updated kitchen has a farmhouse sink, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a separate beer/wine fridge. The house was recently renovated with beadboard walls to give it that cottage feel. The only thing it's missing is you! This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking.

Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 6-10 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 11+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.
